Every package lets the applicant enter their employment details, which the report shows as declared and uses for its rent-to-income figure. Verified income and employment and an eviction record search are not part of any package today. If you need those inside the report itself, see how we compare to services that bundle them on our comparison pages.

Who pays

Three ways a report gets paid for.

Whoever pays, the applicant always consents first and the report is the same.

You pay at checkout

The default for a one-off screening. Enter your details, pay once for the package you chose, and send your applicant the link. The receipt and the finished report both come to your email.

Your applicant pays and shares

Applicants can run their own report through a Great Renter account and share it securely with every landlord they apply to. The report is sealed, so what you see is what came back from the source.

Billed to a team account

Property managers running ten or more screenings a month get volume rates, team seats, and consolidated invoicing on one account. See screening for property managers.

How it compares

Cheaper than SingleKey at every tier, and cheaper than FrontLobby unless you buy their membership.

Their prices, from their own sites, next to ours.

The Great Renter
$19.99

Essential. Complete is $29.99, Priority Complete $38.99. No account, no subscription.

$29.991

Single bureau report. Dual bureau is $44.99. Free account required to order and retrieve the report.

$24.992,3

Screening bundle on the free Basic tier. Drops to $18.99 only with a $239-a-year Premium membership. Account required.

The reports are not identical: SingleKey bundles income verification and an eviction search, and FrontLobby's core product is rent reporting. The full, cited breakdowns are on the comparison pages.

  2. 1.SingleKey, Tenant Report page (single bureau $29.99, dual bureau $44.99, account required)

Got questions?

Pricing, answered

Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?

No. Every package is paid once, per report, at checkout. There is no membership tier, no annual plan, and nothing that renews. If you screen one applicant this year, you pay for one report.

What does the money-back guarantee actually cover?

Up to $50 per Quickscreen report, which is more than the price of any single package, so it covers the full cost. If the report is not what you needed, contact support and we refund it.

What is the difference between Complete and Priority Complete?

The checks are identical: identity verification, the Equifax credit report, global watchlist and sanctions screening, and adverse media. Priority Complete adds direct access to our in-house support team, which is worth it if you want a person to walk you through a result.

Which package should I pick?

Essential answers who the applicant is and how they handle money. Complete adds the background layer: sanctions and watchlist matches plus negative news coverage. Most landlords choose Complete; it is the one we would run on our own applicant.

Who pays for the report?

Usually you, at checkout. Applicants can also run their own report through a Great Renter account and share it with you, and property managers can have reports billed to a team account instead of paying per screening.

When does volume pricing apply?

From about ten screenings a month. Email support and we set up bulk rates, priority turnaround, and a direct contact, billed to one account instead of per report.

Do I need the applicant's consent before I pay?

You pay first, then the applicant receives a secure link and consents to each check themselves before anything runs. Nothing is pulled without that consent, and if they never complete it, the report never runs.
